ROLE - 1st line technical support
Rate- £80 per day
Duration- 20 days from now until end of December
My client are a prestigious not for profit organisation and have an urgent need for an IT technical support. Due to Covid, all their examinations are being taken on line and this role will enable the candidates to have the ongoing support they may need. You have previous experience in an IT support role, troubleshooting and resolving user IT issues, a good understanding of IT systems in general and can work and think quickly. You also have excellent customer service and communication skills.
You will be the first point of call for any technical issues the candidates/users may have from logging on and through-out the whole on line exam process
IT is essential that you are happy to be based on site in London for the exam periods,
You will also be working on other ad hoc IT support outside examination.
The role is on an ad hoc basis from now going into next year
Please only apply if you are happy to travel to the Holborn office and work on an ad hoc basis.
